MAD was asked to help redesign an existing house and yard to represent the owner's taste and vision for their home. The re-design involved the rear elevation of the house, pool, poolhouse, potting shed, and a formal garden.

The pool house was intended to be a focal point on axis with the main house and pool. It houses a hot tub, shower, water element, as well as conceals the potting shed and pool equipment area.
