Our firm has developed an Environmental Efficiency "Report Card" for your house. We call this "Report Card" the Bounds Green Report. The goal of the report is to help homeowners make better educated decisions when improving the efficiency of their homes. These decisions can have a major impact on the homeowner's utility bills and also help reduce the impact to our environment.

The process of generating the Bounds Green Report is crucial to the success of the homeowner. A Licensed Architect will visit your house and conduct an analysis of the existing conditions. During the visit we will document areas for potential improvement. We will take this information and generate a Bounds Green Report. The Report details individual areas that will improve the home's efficiency, the estimated costs of the improvements, and the estimated annual savings of each improvement.
